Munitions Response

InDepth's munitions response services include the investigation, identification, and removal of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC), the certification of munitions debris for Material Documented as Safe (MDAS), and on-site disposal of Material Documented as an Explosive Hazard (MDEH). InDepth's munitions response management team members are seasoned professionals with a wide-range of experience in the military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and private-sector Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) industries, including all aspects of project planning, field operations, and reporting. Our key personnel are licensed California Blasters and InDepth maintains a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATFE) Use Permit that enables us to provide explosive demolition services during munitions response field operations. InDepth's perfect safety record is a result of our intensive cross-training program, which focuses on ensuring field personnel understand their role and the effect each of their actions has, not only on safety, but on the quality required to meet the project objectives. Our safety program includes task hazard analyses, communication, site planning, medical monitoring, daily safety briefings, and weekly training. All InDepth MEC staff members have attended OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training and maintain annual refresher certification.
